Compatibility by capping route

Treat cap, liner, bottle finish, top pressure and roller tooling as one system. Include thread, pilfer-band, opening and seal checks as required by the pack.
Add orientation, tube handling and insertion to the compatibility review before the closure is tightened.
Test the closure in bulk, at low level, during refill, through recirculation and after stop/restart. A part that can be tightened may still be unsuitable for the proposed feeder.
Build the sample and trial matrix
Supply enough components for setup, stable running, quality checks, fault recovery and changeover. Mark each sample family so results can be traced to the correct bottle, closure and product condition. Where supplier tolerances or multiple component sources exist, include those variants rather than relying on a single ideal sample.
